It all starts with a good morning: a walk-through different farmers and small pieces of the land. Each ingredient gives life to a new recipe, but with an authentic flavor; the kind of old-fashioned ones that are no longer around and that you’ll immediately recognize. Always different and unpredictable, because it is made with seasonal products, breakfast is also a window into what lunch or dinner with us could be.

To be best discovered in summer, in its garden location, our Open Bar offers a curated selection of pre-dinners, cocktails and after-dinners, alcoholic and non-alcoholic with selected spirits and an elaborate wine list. In fall and winter, it offers relaxing moments with tea and herbal teas, as well as homemade cookies and cakes. Hours: the Open Bar starts from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. for aperitifs and continues with after-dinners until 11 p.m. in winter and midnight in summer.
